What treatments do you offer?

I offer treatments for Hand or Foot Reflexology, Indian Head Massage and Natural Facial Lift Massage.

How long does the treatment last?

Reflexology treatment lasts for approximately 1 hour.

Indian Head Massage and Natural Facial Lift Massage lasts for approximately 35 mins.

How many treatments will I need?

Everyone is different and some individuals respond to treatment quicker than others but most people notice a difference after 4-6 sessions. Some clients come weekly to help to keep their health under control whilst some come every month or 6 weeks for a top up. It is something we will assess together after each treatment.

Is Reflexology suitable if I have ticklish feet?

Absolutely, Reflexology is delivered using a moderate pressure so it will not tickle you.

Does Reflexology hurt?

Occasionally Reflexology can feel a little tender. An area of discomfort is an area of extreme congestion that is in need of rebalancing. The tenderness becomes less over time as it is worked on signifying that that area of the body has strengthened.

Do you have a treatment room?

I have a dedicated relaxing treatment room at my home on the Fields Farm Estate in Long Eaton.

Do you offer a mobile service?

Yes, I can travel and treat you in the comfort of your own home if you live in the Long Eaton, Sawley or Breaston areas. This is for those who are find it difficult to travel to me.
